Let Results Speak for itself in 2010

At the start of every year we dole up long list of resolutions, determined this year will be different from the one before.

We labor hard, freaking out brains out, thinking how we can reshape the quality of life. Such visions and mission glorify the initial phase of every year, only to go dead-pan in the months ahead.

Having said these, how do you visualize your biz goals? How to get ahead the kids in the race?

I've a short and simple formula for success. It all starts and ends with your CUSTOMER. Next question is how to reshape your relationship with your existing customers. How to add more to your repository to give you steady returns?

Start by addressing these basic question on 'retention' and 'customer' acquisition and you're on the way to have the best results.
